Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit. Generated content is stored for up to 90 days unless you delete it or cancel your account.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with third-party service providers (e.g. Stripe for payments, OpenAI for AI generation) strictly to provide our services. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may also request a copy of your data or withdraw consent for marketing emails by updating your account settings or emailing privacy@nivatoolhub.com.

You may use NivaToolHub only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
All content you generate using NivaToolHub belongs to you. You may use it commercially without restriction. NivaToolHub does not claim any ownership over outputs you create.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period except as described in our Refund Policy.
NivaToolHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

All Pro and Business plans come with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends without any charge.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge if you are not satisfied with the service. To request a refund, email support@nivatoolhub.com with your account email and reason.
Refunds are not available for subsequent billing periods or for accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service.
Annual plan subscribers may request a prorated refund within 30 days of their annual renewal date. After 30 days, no refund is available for the remaining months.
Email support@nivatoolhub.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your registered email address. We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days.
